• Sale of indus­tri­al site under mul­ti­ple option agree­ments with a lease back arrange­ment and mortgage.
• Sale of a num­ber of ten­ant­ed indus­tri­al sites across mul­ti­ple States in a sin­gle transaction.
• Acqui­si­tions of com­mer­cial, indus­tri­al, and rur­al sites, vacant and ten­ant­ed, across a num­ber of States.
• Act­ing for land­lords and ten­ants on leas­ing trans­ac­tions involv­ing sites for var­i­ous uses across Australia.
• Advis­ing on devel­op­ment and leas­ing mat­ters for 35+ child­care cen­tres across mul­ti­ple States for a cor­po­rate M&A share acquisition.
• Due dili­gence of real estate assets for mort­gagee clients as part of bank­ing and finance deals.
• Advis­ing on and nego­ti­at­ing ease­ment can­cel­la­tions and var­i­ous licences for Syd­ney pri­vate school
