  • Advis­ing an Asia-Pacif­ic pro­fes­sion­al ser­vices group, on its restruc­tur­ing of an Aus­tralian IP firm from a patent attor­ney and law firm part­ner­ship into a cor­po­rate group, its debt facil­i­ty with ANZ, and its IPO and ASX listing
  • Advis­ing a prop­er­ty invest­ment com­pa­ny on its $40 mil­lion sale of a sig­nif­i­cant Cairns-based resort to an Aus­tralian real estate and hos­pi­tal­i­ty investor.
  • Advis­ing a com­pa­ny in the print solu­tions indus­try, on its $16.5 mil­lion acqui­si­tion of a group of com­pa­nies in the sec­tor includ­ing advis­ing on fund­ing doc­u­ments and finan­cial assistance.
  • Advis­ing a com­pa­ny in the health prod­ucts indus­try on its $5.6 mil­lion acqui­si­tion of a num­ber of busi­ness­es from exter­nal administrators
  • Advis­ing a voca­tion­al edu­ca­tion and train­ing provider on the aggre­ga­tion of oth­er voca­tion­al edu­ca­tion and train­ing providers and IPO and ASX listing
  • Advis­ing on the sale of a pri­vate­ly owned telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions provider to a list­ed telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions provider for in excess of $100 million
  • Advis­ing on the acqui­si­tion of a large stor­age com­pa­ny by a list­ed fund and sub­se­quent acqui­si­tions of fur­ther stor­age facilities
  • Advis­ing on var­i­ous joint ven­tures with a list­ed fund with respect to com­mer­cial prop­er­ties and shop­ping cen­tres togeth­er with devel­op­ment and prop­er­ty man­age­ment agreements
  • Advis­ing on a 10-year con­tract to pro­vide fleet marine ser­vices to the Depart­ment of Defence.
