I have expe­ri­ence in com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion hav­ing prac­ticed in that area of law since 1982. I main­tain a prac­ti­ca­ble and com­mon-sense approach to all liti­gious mat­ters and embrace the con­cept of ADR with a view to a com­mer­cial res­o­lu­tion of disputes. 

I have expe­ri­ence in all court juris­dic­tions should the need arise to lit­i­gate. I advise in the areas of fam­i­ly law prop­er­ty dis­putes and also act in estate mat­ters includ­ing estate plan­ning, wills, admin­is­tra­tion, and estate litigation.

My focus at all times is on the needs and inter­ests of my clients, to iden­ti­fy and deal with the real issues at an ear­ly stage of any dispute.
