Swaab Attor­neys expands Com­mer­cial and IP & Tech­nol­o­gy team

Swaab Attor­neys has appoint­ed IP Lawyer Eric Ziehlke as part­ner in its IP & Tech­nol­o­gy team.

Eric joins Swaab from Chrysil­iou IP, where he has worked as a part­ner for the last 10 years ser­vic­ing a broad range of com­mer­cial clients, both local and inter­na­tion­al. Eric also brings the ben­e­fit of over 20 years of expe­ri­ence in senior mar­ket­ing roles from his ear­ly career.

Eric has a dis­tin­guished depth of IP knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence, hav­ing advised clients with respect to all facets of IP law includ­ing trade mark law, copy­right, due dili­gence, trans­fer of right, pass­ing off and con­sumer law.

This move by Swaab is part of the Fir­m’s strat­e­gy and evi­dences the com­mit­ment to strate­gic growth with renewed vision and ener­gy for the future.
