Swaab appoints new lit­i­ga­tion partner

Swaab is pleased to announce that Marc Bad­dams has been pro­mot­ed to part­ner in the lit­i­ga­tion team.

Marc has been with Swaab for over 6 years start­ing as an Asso­ciate in 2008. Marc spe­cialis­es in com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion and dis­pute res­o­lu­tion and has expe­ri­ence in fed­er­al and state courts, tri­bunals and alter­na­tive dis­pute res­o­lu­tion process­es includ­ing medi­a­tion. Marc’s clients include Aus­tralian and over­seas cor­po­ra­tions, small to medi­um enter­pris­es and individuals.
