We are pleased to announce the appoint­ment of Michael Hayter to the role of Part­ner, in our Lit­i­ga­tion and Insol­ven­cy team, effec­tive 1 July 2021

Michael has prac­ticed as a Com­mer­cial Lit­i­ga­tion lawyer for over 30 years with a par­tic­u­lar empha­sis on com­mer­cial dis­putes and insol­ven­cy mat­ters. He has con­sis­tent­ly been ranked by inde­pen­dent pub­li­ca­tions as one of the lead­ing lawyers in New South Wales in the areas of com­mer­cial lit­i­ga­tion and insol­ven­cy. Michael’s prac­tice also involves under­tak­ing com­mer­cial work and bank­ing and finance work for var­i­ous finan­cial institutions.
