Spe­cial Announce­ment | we’re mov­ing to lev­el 4

To all our val­ued clients and friends, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our new look client recep­tion and client meet­ing room floor, which from 22 June 2020, will be locat­ed on Lev­el 4 (the Sky Level).

Wel­come to the ​‘Sky Level’

Since ear­ly 2020, we have been under­tak­ing our office refur­bish­ment project with the aim to pro­vide an enhanced client ser­vice expe­ri­ence and to facil­i­tate the growth of our firm.

It was impor­tant to us that our new offices reflect our val­ues, pro­mote our com­mit­ment to the Swaab Brand of Ser­vice and facil­i­tate the future of our firm, whilst encap­su­lat­ing a beau­ti­ful lega­cy in hon­our our founder, Fred Swaab. 

We think we have achieved all of this with the sup­port of our land­lord (K. Wah Group), the co-oper­a­tion of the build­ing man­ag­er (CBRE) and the ser­vice and guid­ance of our first rate team of con­sul­tants (Ham­mond Stu­dio, Ker­nel Prop­er­ty, DBS Con­sult­ing and Schiavello).
