Swaab are delighted to welcome new partner Michael Byrnes to the firm’s Employment Practice.
Michael brings with him over 21 years’ experience in employment law with a speciality in Workplace relations, Employment and Safety. Michael’s broad range of experience includes employment contract negotiation, employment law aspects of corporate transactions and appearing as an advocate in various courts, tribunals and commissions, which include common law employment litigation, industrial disputes, unfair dismissal hearings, work health and safety plea hearings and coronial inquests.
Michael said he is excited about joining Swaab Attorneys and the opportunity to work closely with the existing Employment Team, Richard Ottley and Simon Obee.
