Michael brings with him over 21 years’ expe­ri­ence in employ­ment law with a spe­cial­i­ty in Work­place rela­tions, Employ­ment and Safe­ty. Michael’s broad range of expe­ri­ence includes employ­ment con­tract nego­ti­a­tion, employ­ment law aspects of cor­po­rate trans­ac­tions and appear­ing as an advo­cate in var­i­ous courts, tri­bunals and com­mis­sions, which include com­mon law employ­ment lit­i­ga­tion, indus­tri­al dis­putes, unfair dis­missal hear­ings, work health and safe­ty plea hear­ings and coro­nial inquests.

Michael said he is excit­ed about join­ing Swaab Attor­neys and the oppor­tu­ni­ty to work close­ly with the exist­ing Employ­ment Team, Richard Ott­ley and Simon Obee.
