New appoint­ments in the Prop­er­ty, Plan­ning & Projects Team

Swaab is pleased to announce that Cecil­ia Rose has been appoint­ed Part­ner in the Prop­er­ty, Plan­ning & Projects team. A spe­cial­ist in the plan­ning, envi­ron­men­tal and local gov­ern­ment space, Cecil­ia has over 15 years’ expe­ri­ence work­ing with clients to solve prob­lems and deliv­er prac­ti­cal advice.

The Prop­er­ty, Plan­ning & Projects team also have a new Spe­cial Coun­sel with Col­in McFadzean appoint­ed to the role. Col­in joined Swaab two and a half years ago and spe­cialis­es in plan­ning, envi­ron­men­tal and local gov­ern­ment law, build­ing on his qual­i­fi­ca­tions in town plan­ning and 14 years’ expe­ri­ence work­ing in town plan­ning posi­tions with­in local government.
