Helen explained the new fact sheet released by NSW Fair Trad­ing this week, clar­i­fy­ing the way in which an own­ers cor­po­ra­tion can fast-track emer­gency reme­di­al works under the Design and Build­ing Prac­ti­tion­er’s Act.
