Swaab is pleased to announce that Annette Wilson has been promoted to partner and Wendy Conceicao to senior associate.
Annette has been with Swaab for over 4 years as a special counsel in the Family Law team. Annette is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law by the Law Society of New South Wales. She is also trained as a Collaborative Lawyer and has worked as a family lawyer for over 18 years.
Wendy has been an associate in our Property, Planning and Projects team for over 5 years. Wendy has over 15 years experience in conveyancing transactions involving large multi tenanted mixed-use CBD buildings as well as stand-alone commercial, retail, rural and domestic properties. She has over 8 years experience acting for landlords in a broad range of commercial and retail leasing matters, including new shopping centres under construction.
