We have an opportunity for a junior lawyer to join our growing Construction and Strata team.
The role will be required to assist partners and senior lawyers in our Construction/Strata team across all areas of construction and strata law with a focus on preparation of legal advice letters, research, building contracts, preparation and collation of documents and evidence in litigation matters for building defects in strata buildings across various jurisdictions, strata disputes and contract disputes, assistance in strata renewal proceedings in the Land and Environment Court of NSW and advice for remedial building works under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have approx. 2 years PQE. It is preferred for candidates to possess technical skills from a litigation and/or construction environment and have the ability to manage a high file load with a level of autonomy.
The successful candidate will be a team player, have great communication skills, and be willing to work on a variety of tasks.
