Swaab is pleased to announce that Annette Wil­son has been pro­mot­ed to part­ner in our Fam­i­ly Law team and Wendy Con­ce­icao to senior asso­ciate in our Prop­er­ty, Plan­ning and Projects team.

Swaab is pleased to announce that Annette Wil­son has been pro­mot­ed to part­ner and Wendy Con­ce­icao to senior associate.

Annette has been with Swaab for over 4 years as a spe­cial coun­sel in the Fam­i­ly Law team. Annette is an Accred­it­ed Spe­cial­ist in Fam­i­ly Law by the Law Soci­ety of New South Wales. She is also trained as a Col­lab­o­ra­tive Lawyer and has worked as a fam­i­ly lawyer for over 18 years.

Wendy has been an asso­ciate in our Prop­er­ty, Plan­ning and Projects team for over 5 years. Wendy has over 15 years expe­ri­ence in con­veyanc­ing trans­ac­tions involv­ing large mul­ti ten­ant­ed mixed-use CBD build­ings as well as stand-alone com­mer­cial, retail, rur­al and domes­tic prop­er­ties. She has over 8 years expe­ri­ence act­ing for land­lords in a broad range of com­mer­cial and retail leas­ing mat­ters, includ­ing new shop­ping cen­tres under construction.

Both Annette and Wendy are respect­ed and high­ly regard­ed prac­ti­tion­ers with­in their teams, as well as an inte­gral part of the Firm. We are delight­ed to be able to make this announce­ment. In both cas­es, the pro­mo­tions are well deserved and play an influ­en­tial role in the growth and future of Swaab,” says man­ag­ing part­ner, Mary Digiglio.

As of 1 July, Shaw Reynolds has also offi­cial­ly joined Swaab in their Prop­er­ty, Plan­ning and Projects team.
