Terry is a specialist in litigation, dispute resolution and insolvency law, having practiced in these areas for the past 20 years.  On the litigation front Terry has an extensive background in all jurisdictions, including many high profile matters in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court as well as acting in the lower courts and various state Tribunals. Those matters include a wide range of industries, such as property, construction, entertainment and financial services.

Terry prides himself on his pragmatic approach to dealing with the challenges that his clients may face.

Apart from his court experience, Terry has been able to resolve may complex disputes by using other commercial dispute resolution mechanisms, such as mediation and negotiation.

Terry also has particular expertise in insolvency, having acted, and currently acting, for many liquidators and trustees.
